Sudden cardiac arrest is a life-threatening condition that can strike anyone, anywhere, at any time. When it occurs, every second counts, making it crucial to initiate prompt and effective life-saving measures. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) combined with the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED) can significantly increase the chances of survival.

An AED is a portable device designed to analyze the heart's rhythm and deliver an electric shock, if necessary, to restore normal heartbeat. AEDs are user-friendly and can be operated by individuals with minimal or no medical training.
