Last night Erika, Brent and I attended The South Metro Fire 3rd Annual Sweet Hearts ball. There were about 350 people in attendance in downtown Denver area. There was a silent auction and a live auction. This fund raiser is solely for the purpose of purchasing AEDs. I don't know how much was bid on the silent auction, but the live auction raised enough to buy 50 AEDs for Colorado schools!
The event was at the Renaissance Hotel in Denver. There was a very nice dinner (STEAK!!!) and music and dancing. I met a lot of good people who I will be joining forces with through Colorado AED Access for All.
