The American Heart Association, the American Red Cross, and the National Safety Council combined efforts to focus this year’s CPR and AED awareness week (June 1-7) on not only CPR skills, but on bystander willingness to act. Laerdal Medical Corporation recognized their efforts, along with those of other partners, stating "To support their efforts, we are sharing with you some of our favorite content, some ours, some from our partners and public resources. We hope that you use it as you create a community of bystanders who will act in the event of witnessing a cardiac arrest."
The Sudden Cardiac Arrest Foundation and Parent Heart Watch, co-sponsors of the Call-Push-Shock campaign, are honored that their "Call-Push-Shock You CAN Save a Life" video was recognized as one of the top 10 resources. Laerdal is one of more than 20 organizations participating in the campaign.
