Stephen Sanko, MD, FACEP, FAEMS

Stephen Sanko, MD, FACEP, FAEMS is Assistant Professor of Clinical Emergency Medicine and the Emergency Medical Services Fellowship Director in the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California. He serves as Chair of both the LAC+USC Medical Center CPR Committee and the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services Inpatient Resuscitation Committee, and is the past Chief Physician of the Los Angeles Fire Department. His research focuses on out-of-hospital and in-hospital cardiac arrest response, survivorship disparities in Los Angeles, and bystander response in underserved communities.
