What are the expected recovery outcomes from short term memory loss after SCA?  Is there a published guideline?

I'm not aware of any

I'm not aware of any guidelines.  My SCA event was 3/08.  I lost my short term memory which included about 2-3 days before the SCA.  I have not been able to pinpoint it for sure but there were events on my calendar and family activities that took place on the two days before that I don't recall and certainly the day of the SCA I have no memory.  None of that memory has returned.
