Open Heart Surgery and Energy

I had open heart surgery in May of 2009. It is now November and I am so frustrated over the lack of energy I have and the stiffness and soreness. When do things return to normal???

Hope you had a sucessful Heart Surgery . Once you had done a major operation these things like tieredness soreness is normal. I have seen that case in many people. So, dont take any tension .You're not alone.
